這首聖法蘭西斯禱文，自己唱過不只十數次，但每次唱的時候總有不同的感受，而這首詩歌更於 1995 年由黃永熙博士及蔣慧民先生合譯並收輯在基督教文藝出版社的《聖頌選集－3 基督，我們尊崇你》一書內。

每當唱到此歌時，我會聯想到另一首「聖法蘭西斯禱文」，英文卻有著另一個名稱 "Make Me a Channel of Your Peace"，這一首詩歌，與 "Prayer of St. Francis" 真的有著異曲同工之妙。
